Founded in 1991 and part of Agenda SOS International, the Bruce Organisation now operates more than 40 schools for street kids in 9 Latin American countries, having now registered over 3000 children into their services.
Their mission: to help as many of the poorest children in the thirld world by providing them education, clothing, family well being, followed by nutritional, medical, and psychological assistance.
Besides taking care of street kids, the Bruce Organisation also works on converting child laborers into students, building shelters for pregnant teen rape victims, dealing with family violence, promoting woman’s rights, and improving the prospect and quality of life of abandoned mothers.
